Geocache Description:

As Geocachers, we typically fall in the category of "Outdoor Adventurers".  Unfortunately, sometimes adventures can go awry; that is where Search and Rescue comes in.

This cache has been placed with permission and cooperation from Sparwood Search and Rescue in front of their hall. Leading with that, please ensure while finding and logging this cache you aren't blocking entrances or gates in case a call comes in that the members need to respond to.  This cache contains numerous pieces of kit that should be in everyone's pack including whistles and emergency blankets.

This cache is a locked ammo can that, in order to unlock, you'll have to answer the following Search and Rescue questions. If you get stumped on a question, answers can be found on the BC Search and Rescue Association website (BCSARA.com). Each correct answer corresponds to a number on the combination lock (once the lock has the correct combination entered, squeeze it as if closing it, and it will pop open. To re-lock it, squeeze it closed while scrambling the combination)
