What is colours of the cache-bow you ask? Well This year we want everyone to dress up in one of the four colours that make up this great games colours: Yellow, Green, Blue & Orange (optional of course). Would be great to see people wear a item of clothing with a colour from the logo so when we do our tradition group photo this year to see if we can make up our own logo.
(LOSE) AGENDA
0245ish - 0259ish (2.45am ish - 2.59am ish)
Participants casually position themselves (not in large groups but can if you want as no one else is going to be up at this time) at various locations within a short walk of GZ but not in sight of GZ
0259ish - 0300ish (2.59am ish - 3.00am ish)
Casually make your way towards GZ but as much as you can, act like a muggle, pretend not to know each other or give any indication that something is about to happen but STAY AWAY ish from the GZ until your GPS clock tells you it's 0300ish (3.00am ish) exactly.
0300ish (3.00am ish)
Everyone arrives at GZ, Capt.Roverman will be there with his treasure chest (the treasure chest is trackable too but you will only get told the code if you ask :O ). As you arrive, sign the log book and sign a wooden coin to go into the draw for FTF and other prizes. Dont forget to Mingle and Meet old friends and make new ones. Share stories. Maybe even grab something hot to drink and something hot to eat.
0310ish - 0330ish (3.10am ish - 3.30am ish)
FTF will be drawn from the treasure chest and prizes shall be awarded. Participants assemble for the traditional WWFM group photos (Can we make the Cache-bow work for our picture?) and to record the group.
0330ish EXACTLY (3.30am ish)
IMMEDIATELY LEAVE the area. The area will be evacuated without a trace. The treasure chest will be packed up along with the log book.
If everything goes right we will have had people coming out of nowhere and gathering for 30 minutes ish, holding a geocaching event and then disappearing for the Flash Mob to have its full effect, it must appear to come from nowhere and disappear just as quickly.
... and don't forget, HAVE FUN!
