Stepladder peak stands at 7,401 feet and is located near the intersection of NV-157 & NV-158. It's not terribly difficult to reach. There are trails going all the way around the mountain. Easiest access is from the north. You are looking for a glass jar wrapped in duct tape in the summit cairn. The geocache log is on the back side of the summit register, which I left.
