This cache is my 3rd installement to my "Contour Path Series" that I started way back in January 2015. Those innitial four caches were placed on the Constantia nek side of the trail and I am happy to say they are all still available. The second lot of five have been well received and I hope this or these give as much enjoyment to future cachers.
The contour path follows the curves of Table Mountain all the way from Tafelberg Road past the cable car station to Constantia Nek and in its entirety will be approximately a 18km walk (one way). You would need to have arranged transport from or to your vehicle, depending on how you planned your day.
The cache is not as exhilirating as ie "The Hardest Cache on Table Mountain - GC2QV6C" but I do feel there is a place for caches along this route, its easy and relatively safe for visitors from abroad, so in the spirit of trying to get more feet on this trail I hope this cache will entice you to come for it and that you will have a great day out on the mountain.
The cache is RIGHT NEXT TO the path and you must take care of muggle presence when finding and replacing this one. Please replace so you cannot obviously see it and be sure it is securely in there.
The cache is placed as per the cache name, please note that I considered the environment when placing the cache, and urge you to please follow suite. Be considerate and replace the cache exactly as you found it, and please know that it is not necessary to break or trample any vegetation. GZ should be rather obvious.
Please note that the coordinates may be a little of the mark. Please let me know in your log.
Please be sure to replace so you cannot see it when walking away.
Please remember to bring a pen, as none is provided.
