Looking at my caching karma recently, combined with my recent (thanks to Geocaching!) love of exploring all the Bay Area trails compelled me to give back. So I'm creating this Johnny Appleseed series, sprinkling caches all along the trails closest to home.
This cache is on a secluded suburban trail in ritzy Saratoga. You can park on nearby Villa Oaks Lane. While walking the path to find the cache you'll see how the other side lives. You'll also get some nice views of Garrod farms and the southeast side of Fremont Older park. You'll also get lots of attention from the local security (read: barking dogs), but they don't have any bite from that distance.
