The house just across this park is an example of a tudor house.
Tudor homes are characterized by their steeply pitched gable roofs, playfully elaborate masonry chimneys (often with chimney pots), embellished doorways, groupings of windows, and decorative half-timbering, this last an exposed wood framework with the spaces between the timbers filled with masonry or stucco.
The cache is placed in a typical Durban park with a few old swings, large trees which are slowly being strangled by fig trees and a graffiti wall. From a geocachers perspective this cache is hidden in plain sight and can be seen from 20m away. Hopefully muggles aren't as eagle-eyed.
