This is one of my favourite city trails to hike along with my geopooch, Janey. While not quite as adventurous as she used to be, at 12.5 years old she still is eager to get out and explore. We have spent many hours walking together along the river here, and likely just as many hours sitting at home while I comb, pull and cut burrs out of her fur! This section of the trail in particular can be a bit bad for burrs in the spring. You don’t have to go far into the brush for this cache though...just a step off the trail. Please cover it up before leaving. Parking is available at the end of James St.
