We found this spot while walking along a fairly new trail which was formerly a bit of no-man's land between the housing and the fields. People were even camping there for a time and apparently it wasn't anyone's property, our friends' former house is next to it so we got the story from them. It's now a trail with yet more housing replacing the fields.
Easy cache approachable by road or trail. BYOP
