Franklin Street Park Traditional Cache

This is replacing my Nursery Rhymes cache which I had to archive due to the area being bulldozed.   It is located in a corner of the park.  Access thru the park.  Parking is on North Union Street, around the corner.   Should be a relatively short walk to GZ.  The cache container is a micro bison tube.  No need to go near the railroad tracks, its not over there.   Designed to be an easy find and also to promote Olean City parks.
