Don’t you just love snacks! Sweet things, savoury things and even at times sour things. I especially enjoy these when I am working on solving puzzles. The problem is when I visit the doctor, all I hear is that I need to look after myself better and that I should first be looking at 5 things, the energy, then the protein, total fat, carbohydrates and finally the sodium, per serve of what I consume. I don’t know about all that stuff, just feed me the yummy is normally my motto. However, when I emptied my rubbish bin today and took a close look at the physical evidence, maybe the doctor does have a point.
