This trail is dedicated to the infamous, notorious, and much loved geocacher, WizardofMD69.  He was known to many geocachers and friends as simply:

WIZARD

On September 27th, 2017, while on the way to his most favorite type of geocache, the FIRST TO FIND, a car cut in front of his motorcycle, and he lost his life. He made great friendships with hundreds of geocachers.  Many geocachers became close personal friends.  He always had a smile on his face and a warm greeting for everyone.  He will be truly missed, especially by his favorite caching partner, me, Dixiegurl Suzanne.  

Wizard disliked puzzles unless they are the easy kind.  So, I have decided to make all of them easy...extremely easy!

CSI 714 has been a long-time caching friend who has become part of our family.  He moved here from Alabama many years ago.  He was a great friend to Wizard and is still a great friend to me.

Twister69 still resides in Alabama.  Many roadtrips were made to visit our dear friend!  She rushed to my side from Alabama after Wizard's passing to help me in my most difficult time.  Many more roadtrips are planned for the future, as I miss my dear friend and sister!
