El hotel, ubicado en Fuengirola en la frontera con Mijas, tiene una larga historia, bajo muchos nombres. Actualmente el Palacio IPV. Tiene un SPA así como un área de conferencias. Al lado del hotel está la playa para perros de Fuengirola.

The Hotel, located in Fuengirola on the border to Mijas, has had a long history, going under many names. Currently the IPV Palace. It has a SPA as well as a conference area. Next to the hotel is the dog-beach of Fuengirola.
