Easy Park and Grab in honor of the Superbowl. Do not park on what can be a busy road. Rehide the container so it doesn't get removed or eaten. It is near a trailhead for the Paseo de la Mesa Open Space bike trail. 4.2 miles of paved trail uninterrupted by roadways. Trail passes by many and varied volcanic and geologic features. Great 360 degree view of the Jemez, Sanrta Fe, Sandia, Manzano, San Mateo, and Magdalena mountain ranges. Mount Taylor, the Ladron and Polvadera peaks, and Tomé Hill can all be picked out with the naked eye by knowledgeable trail-users. There are many geocaches on or near this trail
