The 122nd of a continuing series of monthly geocaching get-togethers for 'cachers from Bucks, Beds, Herts and beyond! A mid-week, evening event for idle 'caching chitchat. You know the score!
When: Wednesday February 21st 2018, from 6.30pm 'til 9pm
Where: The Globe Inn, Grand Union Canal, Globe Lane, Linslade, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire LU7 2TA Tel. 01525 373338. They have Greene King IPA / Abbot / Old Speckled Hen plus two Rotating Guest Ales. Which may mean guests end up rotating if they drink them..?
Why: After ten years, why not? The very first BBH meet was held here on Wednesday February 20th 2008, and we come back once in a while to enjoy the feeling of terror while driving beside the canal to the car park behind the pub. Always fun!
Who: 'Cachers from Bucks, Beds & Herts, hopefully, but all welcome, including dogs and children (in that order, hehehe). New to caching or cache meets? You'll be made especially welcome.
What: Bucks, Beds & Herts meet number 122. Locals hold a mid-monthly-ish, mid-week-ish regular event at various locations handy for cachers to talk 'caching, plan expeditions and decide who's organising the next one. There will be pressgangs. There's a good selection of 'caches in the area to make more of a day of it, and a good selection of drinks behind the bar...
