This is a nice community park. In fact, the name of the park is "Community Park." Which I find to be unique. Most parks I've visited have a name. The park has nice playground equipment for the kids. I've placed the cache far away from that area so you don't have to be "the creepy adult" while seeking this one. (Unless you normally are 'the creepy adult.')
The site was once a public school. Northwood School was an elementary school. The name came from the street due west, Northwood Road.
Also, the waypoint for parking is also used by city workers during the week. But it is public parking. There is another parking area directly west on Fenwick road.
And I decided not to include a hint. I think this is pretty easy.
February 2019 update. The park will be called "Walter Stinson Park Community Park." Named for a man who served University for many years.
