Townsville is blessed with a great river, and some fantastic cycling/walking trails that follow almost the entire length of the river.
This cache might be a bit different from the others in the Ross River Trail, here you will need a floating device to get to the log.
Launch at Loam Island and head towards the dam, keep an eye out for local bird life and the shy Freshwater crocs that call this place home.
