Mang is de vleermuis in de jungle. Je hoort en ziet hem niet zo veel overdag, tenzij Baloe, op zoek naar honing en noten, hem weer eens stoort in zijn slaapje. 'S nachts is Mang degene die de welpen laat zien dat het donker niet iets is om bang voor te zijn.
