Assuming he gets a first to find this month, February 2018 marks 72 straight months that Bill, aka GHBuccaneers, has gotten at least one first to find on a new cache in that month. That's 6 years straight with a first to find every month, for anyone not feeling like doing math. A very impressive achievement, so Bill, this one's for you. This one should be quite an easy hide, and it's also the first cache like this I've ever hidden. This will be a park and grab, although for Bill it could be a walk up and grab. During shift change there could be lots of people around, so time your visit. Shift change is around 2:30, so there could be people around starting around 2ish. I placed the container around 3:45 in the afternoon and didn't see anybody around, so as long as you avoid the 2 - 2:30 PM window you should be ok.
