- Full alpine climbing gear (ice axe optional)
- Supplemental oxygen tanks
- Avalanche beacon (for emergencies)
- Yak wool socks
- Extra granola bars (you'll probably eat them on the drive there)
- Sunscreen SPF 1000 (Kansas sun is no joke)
🏋️ Altitude Training Tips 🏋️
- Practice climbing stairs while holding a rock
- Sleep on the top bunk bed for at least a week prior
- Jog in place while watching *The Sound of Music*
- Drink plenty of water (or sweet tea, we’re not monsters)
