Welcome to Mary Elizabeth park in the little town of Rocky Mount, Virginia!
We often bring our kids here to play and thought it would be nice to bring some attention to this often overlooked part of town, and what better way than with our first hide? The park is currently undergoing some renovation, but that shouldn’t impact this cache and only improves the value and beauty of this little place. This should be an easy find, as this is a moderate sized “small” sized cache container Left a geocoin for FTF, logsheets and a mini compass, no room for a pen or pencil so BYOP!
Parking can be found on either side of the park behind two different churches, we added a waypoint for the parking lot behind Rocky Mount United Methodist. Please be considerate of any church goers when using their parking lots! Also, this is a park so watch out for muggles.
