Starting in 2012, 16 painted fiberglass hearts were placed around the town of Bel Air and surrounding areas. All 16 hearts represent unique local culture and businesses. Local sculptor Adrienne DeRan was commissioned to make the blank hearts, while artists from across Maryland will be were invited to submit design ideas.
Parking is avaliable for both stages at the library for free. Please be aware of signage. Some spots are 30 minutes only.
