The 16th Annual TXGA Texas Challenge & Festival is fast approaching! It is being held in Denton, TX. There are events planned starting on 8 Mar 18 and running through 11 Mar 18. The actual Challenge itself is 10 Mar 18 beginning at 0900. This meeting is for anyone interested in knowing what Challenge is all about and how it works. Challenge is a competition between the different regions of Texas and usually an Out of State team to make 7 teams in all. I hope to hand out a copy of the rules for Challenge so we will talk about them and some strategy for the competition! We will, also, talk about the Texas Geocaching Association, their website and how to register for Challenge.
This event will run from 1100 - 1130 or later if folks want to stick around. You can grab lunch, a snack or just something to drink at this location but a purchase is not necessary!
