During the regular burns, several of the trees get cooked and this one was no exception.
This cache is part of the Bee Line Run. Many cachers make a beeline for the new caches, hence the name along with the fact that it is heading to or around the Bee Island primitive camping site.
The road can be accessed via hiking or biking (mountain bike, mostly hard packed but bumpy).
Please make sure to take adequate amounts of water and bug spray depending on the time of year.
It is around a 6 mile trek, 3 in and 3 back if you start at the main road and ranch house road and then head to the cache At the Hump! from the Main Road and Ranch House Road.
Please take a few seconds to close the container properly. What takes you a few seconds to do, saves us from spending hours and $$$$ replacing swag, logs and containers. Also please re-hide as well as you found it or better so it doesn't get muggled. Thanks!
