The given coordinates will lead you to the Delphos Veterans Memorial on the corner of Main and Fifth street. Once there you will have to walk around and read different stones to figure out where the actual cache is located. Once the actual coordinates are figured out they should lead you to a bridge not to far outside of town where the magnetic container is hidden. The container is on the west side of the bridge near the center.

The latitude is 40° FG.HIJ
A = First digit of day that operation Enduring Freedom began.
B = First digit of day that Operation Desert Storm ended.
C = Second digit of day that Operation Iraqi Freedom began - 1.
D = On Honored Donor stone the last digit of the American Legion Post number.
E = On Honored Donor stone the second digit of the Eagles Aerie number.
F = Number of black pillars surrounding the memorial.
G = Second digit of number of veterans name's on the WWI memorial stone.
H = Number of veterans names on the Korea memorial stone.
I = The thrid digit of the year when the statue was erected.
J = On Honored Donor stone the second digit of the American Legion Post number.
