This is a keybox at a light pole near a business that changes quite often. Different people have tried to make a go of it here to end up closing down. It is currently closed but someday somebody may have another try at it. Some of the things I have seen here are fabric shop, produce mkt and cake bakery among others. place back as found so others can join in on the joy.
