Oh how I hate caches hidden under hydro lines! They play havoc on gps signals! I remember in this very park finding one of my first caches and struggling hard because of the bouncing gps. Now, it is my turn. You are looking for a magnetic bison tube! This one might not be as easy as it seems but it is there!
If for some reason the cache is dropped and you can not retrieve it, please send me a message and I will do so with some tools. Me and geodog walk here at least twice a day.
