I recently discovered this nice grass walkway along the Kaipara River, located up at Parakai.
The walkway goes between the playground near Parkhurst Rd, and ends up down by the boat ramp at the end of Springs Rd. Just couldn't resist placing a cache while I enjoyed the views here today.

The river can get busy at times with fishing boats, charters, and other recreational vessels cruising past.
Cache is a mint tin hidden in the top of a nearby post.
