Žaslių geležinkelio stotis, gyvenvietė Žaslių seniūnijoje, esanti 3 km į pietus nuo Žaslių, 10,5 km į rytus nuo Kaišiadorių, šalia geležinkelio Vilnius-Kaunas. Vakariniu pakraščiu teka Guronių upelis.
Retas pravažiuojantis žino, kad ne šioje vietoje kur stovi stotis yra Žaslių miestelis, o jis įsikūręs atokiau, maždaug už 3 km nuo šio kaimelio.
Gyvenvietė pradėjo kurtis, kai 1860 buvo pradėta tiesti geležinkelio Peterburgas-Varšuva atšaka iš Lentvario per Kauną į Virbalį. Šis geležinkelis pradėjo veikti 1862 m. Tuo metu tai buvo didžiausia tarpinė stotis tarp Vilniaus ir Kauno su garvežių depu ir dirbtuve.

1863 m. balandžio 7 d. stotyje suimtas Paparčių valsčiaus raštininkas D. Bazanovas su laišku sukilėlių būrio vadui F. Vislouchui ir kitais įkalčiais. Karo lauko teismas jį nubaudė 10 m. katorgos darbų. 1897 m. geležinkelio stoties gyvenvietėje buvo 15 dešimtinių žemės. 1905-1908 m. nutiestas 3 varstų ilgio plentas į Žaslius.
1919 m. sausio 19 d. Raudonosios armijos daliniai užėmė Žaslių geležinkelio. 1919 m. balandžio 3 d. Lietuvos daliniai pralaužė raudonarmiečių gynybą Guronių kaime ir užėmė geležinkelio stotį. Balandžio 8 d. raudonarmiečiai bandė atgauti Žaslius ir Žaslių geležinkelio stoties gyvenvietę. Tos dienos vakare Lietuvos kariuomenės II pėstininkų pulko 1 kuopa, gynusi geležinkelio stotį ir Žaslių miestelį, neatlaikė puolimo ir pasitraukė. Tačiau ir Raudonosios armijos kareiviai, pritrūkę šovinių, toliau į priekį nėjo, bet pasitraukė Vievio link.
1923 m. stoties gyvenvietėje buvo 26 sodybos ir 215 gyventojų. Prie stoties išaugusioje gyvenvietėje įkurtos kelios parduotuvės, pora kepyklų ir alinių, sinagoga, apsigyveno keli stambūs miško pirkliai.
1941 m. birželio 14 d. stotyje trumpam stabtelėjo gyvulinių vagonų ešelonas su tremiamais žmonėmis. Stoties gyvenvietės gyventojai jiems nešė duonos ir vandens. 1942 m. lapkričio 7 d. sovietinių partizanų diversijos prie Žaslių geležinkelio stoties gyvenvietės metu buvo apgadinti du vagonai ir sužeistas 1 žmogus, stotyje sudegintas sandėlis.
1944 m. liepą generolo S. Gladyševo vadovaujamos 277 šaulių divizijos būrys ir 852-as divizijos šaulių pulkas bei žvalgyba geležinkelio stotyje apsupo vokiečių sąstatą, skubėjusį padėti į Vilnių apsuptai įgulai. Vokiečiai ant platformų vežė nemažai pabūklų, o 4 ar 5 vagonuose buvo kareiviai. Artileristai sunaikino traukinio garvežį ir paėmė gausius trofėjus.
1949 m. ištremti 3 gyventojai (Leipusai), 1951 m. įkalintas P. Uzdonas. Pirmaisiais Nepriklausomos Lietuvos metais pradžios mokykla buvo žydų Jofės ir Ulfeno namuose, vėliau persikėlė į naują pastatą, pastatytą Žaslių geležinkelio stoties gyvenvietės pakraštyje. Visą laiką ji vadinosi Pajautiškių pradžios mokykla.
Ties Žaslių geležinkelio stoties gyvenviete įvyko net keletas traukinių avarijų. 1975 m. balandžio 4 d. įvyko didžiausia traukinių katastrofa Lietuvoje. 1991 m. kovo 26 naktį įvyko dar viena prekinio traukinio avarija. Tada nuo bėgių nuvažiavo 13 vagonų. 1998 m. rugpjūčio 30 d. čia įvyko jau trečia traukinio avarija: nuo bėgių nuriedėjo greitojo traukinio „Baltija“ 6 vagonai. Žuvusiųjų ir sužeistųjų nebuvo.
