Having come along this beast on the trail you have to look twice to make sure that it is not real! Then you marvel at how much it looks like it. Then you want to take pictures of yourself with it, which is fine but Please don't post the pictures in your log as to not give away the in-field puzzle!
I am sure that there will be those that might "guess" what it is sight unseen, and that is okay too. Solving the puzzle is only half the fun.
To solve this quick and easy in-field puzzle you must figure out a few things:
- What is this creatures 5 letter name
- Then using the ROT encryption (hint on all of the geocache pages) turn the letters for what it is into the new letters that correspond with the numbers below
- Now using the matched letters/numbers use them to fill in the puzzle below.
- Fill numbers into the correct locations to get the final coordinates
