Ah yes - the 70s and 80s, on the AM radio dial. That's where I grew up. This mystery cache, located near the studios of VOCM, will delve back in to some of those "classic" tunes. Sorry in advance for the ear worms.
Each picture is an active link to the song on YouTube, which may help you solve the clue for that song.

where:
A. In Juice Newton's "Queen of Hearts", it's midnight, and she's waiting on the 1A-O-5...

B. Olivia Newton-John personifies this era in so many ways, and so many songs could have been chosen for this cache. I'm choosing a fave of 570 CFCB in Corner Brook, "Please Mr. Please". In this song, some button-pushing cowboy goes up to the juke box and Olivia emplores him "don't play B-XY, it was our sing, it was his song, now it's oooooooooooooooooover..." B = X + Y.

C. James Taylor's Sweet Baby James:
"the Berkshires seemed dreamlike on account of that frosting,
with 1C miles behind me and ten thousand more to go..."

D. Nothing says "70s AM radio" like Starland Vocal Band's Afternoon Delight.
The song was released in 197X. D = X + 2.

E. Before all of the plastic surgery, Cher, of Sonny and Cher, had some big 1970s hits. A song which would likely never be released today was the hit Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves. In the song, Cher sings:
"Picked up a boy just south of Mobile
Gave him a ride, filled him with a hot meal
I was Eteen, he was twenty-one
Rode with us to Memphis
And papa woulda shot him if he knew what he'd done..."

F. Elton John's career has spanned several decades, yet he was arguably most prolific in the 70s.
In Rocket Man, Elton sings, "Zero hour F AM"

G. "The Pina Colada Song", officially titled Escape, by Rupert Holmes is the quintessential 70s AM radio hit song.
Rupert Holmes asks in the song:
"If you like Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain
If you´re not into yoga, if you have 1/G a brain..."

H. Jim Croce's Bad, Bad, Leroy Brown stood "X foot Y". H is the whole number between X and Y.

Groovy, dudes. Got it solved? Put your values into the checker below, and see if you have the right vibe to have this cache go down.
