Welcome to Copp Park. Here you will find plenty of space for your favorite pooch. There are fenced in areas for your dog to play, one for small dogs and one for large. If your dog is more the trail type, there are plenty of those too. If you have a geo-dog he/she will have a blast.
HERSHEY AND LILY-BELLA

Before this was a dog park it was one of our favorite places to take our two beloved dogs for a nice long walk. They loved the freedom of this place; to run, play, and explore. Sadly on January 13th 2017, after 14 great years Hershey, our chocolate Labrador retriever passed away. Hershey had so much energy and loved swimming. She battled and survived cancer, and even after her ACL tore, due to cancer surgery and weakening and loss of leg muscles she still would give you a ball or frisbee to throw. She ran and ran, even walking to fetch the toy to walking it back to you; until we would have to make her stop. She always got so excited seeing us when we got home that; we called her wiggle butt, she wiggled that butt out of pure doggie excitement and love. 5 days later at age 13 Lily-Bella joined her. Lily-Bella was our Pitbull/black Labrador mix. She loved fetching the ball, but never bringing it back, still would walk around with it in her mouth, maybe to keep it away from Hershey lol. She just loved stuffed animals, she would carry them all over the house; we used to call them her babies. She was the most lovable affectionate dog there was, I think she thought she was a cat, just always getting as close to you as she could; even if it meant sitting on your foot while you stood. It was really RUFF losing them both in so short a time. This park holds a special place in our hearts. It reminds us of the fun walks we had here. They were both great dogs and we miss them terribly; but we know they are happy in Doggie Heaven 💖. We have been thinking about placing a cache here for quite some time.
Recently we came up with an idea of refreshing the caches in this park with caches dedicated to geo dogs or cachers with beloved pets.
Cache has room for trackables and swag. The log book is there, the trick is how do you get to it. Do not add a log book.
