If caching were a thing half a century ago, Dad would surely have enjoyed it. He enjoyed spending time in the woods and taking drives around Itasca County. Although Dad did help out (see background photo) in the search when some of his family were geocaching, it turned out, he never got a chance to REALLY experience the fun. But he did raise 6 children, all whom are geocachers to differing degrees. This cache is for Dad.
Stop at the coordinates and visit and get the information to make it to the final. I think Dad would like that.
The final can be found at: N47 – A B . C D E W093 – F G . H I J
To solve:
Take the year of birth of AerosmithPA, born on a holiday (no, the celebration is not all about him), and subtract from that, mksnoopy's year of birth (born 2 years to the day after her older brother). That is AB.
For C, Add the last two digits of the year Mom & Dad were married.
D, Add all the digits of Dad’s birth year, and subtract 9.
E, Use Dad’s birthdate (day of the month).
F & G – take the last two digits of Mom’s year of birth.
H –JbAkaJohnie - could be obvious, but he’s the one born 1 year and 3 days after Team Yettobenamed. Add the last two digits of his year of birth for this.
I –Add the digits of Teamyettobenamed’s birthdate (The day of the month). Reminder, TYTBN’d is just slightly over a year older than JBakaJohnie.
J – Add the digits of DeerCreekers@ (second son) birthdate (day of the month)
Please be respectful of the area and other visitors, good luck, and have fun! Cache on!!
