Its hard to believe that this is the 6th time we've had this event!
Yep, its CITO time again in Tatum. At this year's event, we plan to continue our previous traditions as well as trying something new.
We will gather up at the posted coordinates at 10:00 a.m. and begin our civic duty of cleaning up the city a week ahead of a certain festival hosted by the city. As in years past, the city of Tatum will provide us with trash bags and bottled water, everyone needs to bring their own gloves and trash-grabbers. We should be finished at 11:00 a.m. After our group picture concludes the event, we will start passing out the Pecan pie. Thats right, pecan pie will be served while the door prizes are being handed out. If you dont like pecan pie. maybe you should bring whatever pie you like.
As usual, the "cool kids" will have some new caches deployed for everyone's enjoyment after the event. There will also be two more events to attend in the area before the day is done.
Civic duty, free stuff, smilies, fellowship, and pecan pie. What a day!
