Got Backbone--Get Caching Traditional Cache

Located in the Walker Wildlife area west of Grand Jct.  Park at the trailhead.  This area once had lots of water but has seen been drained..  It is a good place to view wildlife and one can fish in the Colorado River that forms the southern bounday.. The area can also be accessed by the concrete pathway that runs from Fruita to nearly Palisade...  The area is open from sunrise to  sunset. This geocache is located on a State Wildlife Area or CPW-lesed State Trust Land. A valid hunting or fishing license is required to access and recreate on this property.
