This cache is part of the WGA LCG and Chili feed event. If possible to get pre-approved and then published on Friday Feb 16th for the event on the 17th.
Yes sometimes we after a long or maybe short journey to a cache, and scratching our heads or not while trying to find. We may utter under our breath "I hiked here for THAT!" or something similar. I guess its at those times we have to remind ourselves sometimes its about the locations and the experiences that geocaching can provide us.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
