auntiefran: Somebody has sadly removed or taken the cache, which is a shame after so many years of lovely finds and comments. I don’t know why or by who it was taken.

This geocache is at Claremont Landscape Gardens, which is a pay-for-entry garden in support of the charity National Trust and only members or those who pay for entry may be admitted to the garden. The car park is locked outside opening hours and there is strictly no admission outside opening times. Claremont is a lovely place for a walk or explore, has a play area for kids, a cafe and toilets. For more information, including entry prices/membership, visit: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/claremont-landscape-garden. Cache placed with the kind permission of the National Trust. If you can see a stone boar, you’re not far away. It’s down the hill from the Camellia Terrace but uphill from the Thatched Cottage. It is a reasonably large plastic container.
