The first of my Canine Cache Capers themed series of caches
This small park area is a quiet haven for local dog owners and caters (in a small way) for young children and parents alike.
This is my first Cache placement, and Levin deserves a few new placements so I hope you enjoy this simple multi.
This shouldn't take you more than a few minutes to solve.
The final location of the Cache can be worked out by visiting 2 waypoints to glean the information required below;
In order to work out the Latitude co-ords, stand at Waypoint 1 and simply be guided by colour and a simplistic definition of 'straight' and 'curved', where 'curved' means a length that is not entirely straight along the whole length (IE there is a curve or bend in it somewhere). All clues refer to only what is in the play area (not nearby benches), and are entirely metallic in nature.
The Longitude co-ords can be found at Waypoint 2, and should be self-explanatory.

Where
A is the number of straight Red(s).
B is the number of straight Orange(s).
C is the number of straight Blue(s) minus the number of curved Red(s).
D is the number of straight Orange(s) minus the number of curved Purple(s).
E is the number of straight Grey(s) plus curved Yellow(s) plus curved Red(s) plus curved Purple(s).
and
V is the number of times the name of the District Council is mentioned.
W is the number of letters in the title of the notice.
X is the number of studs in the dogs collar, multiplied by 2.
Y is the number of times the word “and” appears on the notice.
Z is the number of letters in the 15th word of the notice, added to the number of letters in the 20th word. When counting, do not including the title word (WELCOME).
Checksum: A+B+C+D+E+V+W+X+Y+Z = 54
The Cache is a Bison Tube. No room for SWAG or TB's. Please bring your own writing instrument, and re-hide as found please.
Any logged finds not corresponding to the physical log in the Cache will be removed.
