This cache is called Point of View, this area is called the point. My dad use to say they use to come here to watch the submarine races. LOL I got the joke after is started driving and dating. This cache is in a high traffic muggler area, but good timing should get you in and out. Please bring a pen or pencil to log the find. Keep as found and i added a FTF gift for the first person to get the smiley. You are looking for a magnetic 35mm! Enjoy lt
