Starting in 2012, 16 painted fiberglass hearts were placed around the town of Bel Air and surrounding areas. All 16 hearts represent unique local culture and businesses. Local sculptor Adrienne DeRan was commissioned to make the blank hearts, while artists from across Maryland will be were invited to submit design ideas.
Please only attempt stage two from dawn to dusk and respect the nearby neighbors houses. A special tool MAY be required for this.
