水道橋公園にある謎の建物です。

この公園は眺めがとても良く、桐生市を見渡すことができます。

頂上付近には石碑と朽ちた建物があり、

私はその建物はなにかの研究所だったんじゃないか？

と、踏んでいます。

そうだったら面白いので、

そういうことにしておきます！

しておいて欲しかったのですが、建物取り壊しにより研究室は無くなりました・・・
