A little bit of debate surrounding this phrase. Is it 'Rat Scallion' or 'Rapscallion'... ??? Apparently the root is in the obsolete word 'rascallion' otherwise rendered 'rascal'. Either way, growing up it was always 'Rat Scallion' so that's what I'm going to go with.
Anyway, you're looking for a rectangular plastic cache just larger than a business card. Not much else other than that. Bring your own pen and as always -- enjoy!
