This is a mystery cache in preparation for Purim. Similarly to Haloween, people (mainly children) dress up in costumes.
Posted coordinates are not of final location, but at what used to be Lili cinema theatre. The building still stands, but now is used only for shops and cellular antennas.
Puzzle contains actors and actresses in roles from famous movies. Each solution is the number of letters of their family name.

Cache is magnetic, may be hard to grab, use a stick. GZ at a garden is sometimes busy, be patient or just photolog (if you are not FTF, in that case a signature is necessary)
