Find a power pole at the posted coordinates. The bottom row of larger numbers are in the format abcdef. Now go inside the library across the street and find the fake book cee.a . Open the book and find the cache. Sign on the ruled lines and leave the blank pages for letterboxers..   Should be a safe place for bugs.
