Geocache Description:

Proud Member of The Breakfast Club & The Treasure Coast Geocaching Club

This is part of a new series along this road. The road is full of Doctors, Urgent Care Clinics and a Hospital. There are probably more doctors office on this street then all of the other places in Vero Beach combined.

Spasms may occur when a muscle is overused, tired, previously injured, or strained. The spasm may occur if the muscle has been overstretched or if it has been held in the same position for a prolonged period of time. In effect, the muscle cell runs out of energy and fluid and becomes hyperexcitable, resulting in a forceful contraction. When a muscle starts to spasm, it may affect the souroundeing muscles as well.

Prevention:

Drink lots of fluid. Your chances of getting a muscle spasm increases when you are dehydrated.

Don't over do it.  As a geocacher, I want to go and go, but resting those muscles will help a lot.

Please be gentle with the cache and its host. Please replace the cache as you found it so that others may enjoy it as well.
