Cache Info: This is a medium sized plastic ammunition container.

Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve has two significant areas of Mountain Laurel. One of the areas is on the Laurel Creek Trail west of Klondike Road. The other is on the Mountain View Trail where you are now. The cache is located at the beginning of a row of Mountain Laurel that is over 400 feet long.

The Mountain Laurel normally blooms the first week in May, and the floral display along the trail at this location is spectacular.

Park at the Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve’s South Parking Lot on Klondike Road. Take the Mountain Top Trail, marked by rock cairns, to the intersection with the Mountain View Trail near the base of Arabia Mountain. Follow the Mountain View Trail to the cache.
