Cache Info: This is a medium sized plastic ammunition container.

This cache is located near the most important of the two feeder creeks flowing into Mountain Lake. Both are relatively short intermittent streams. They flow primarily in the winter and spring. The extensive overland flow off the rock outcrop is the principal source of water flow into Mountain Lake. Without the rock outcrop and the water flow off the outcrop, Mountain Lake would not be viable.

Lake Feeder Creek.

Park at the Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve’s South Parking Lot on Klondike Road. Take the Mountain Top Trail, marked by rock cairns, to the intersection with the Mountain View Trail near the base of Arabia Mountain. Follow the Mountain View Trail to the cache.
