AnEspressoAndANap: Unfortunately, this is being developed into more industrial park space. Fences have begun going up around the site to prevent entry. https://ridc.org/properties/browse-portfolio/fairywood/

Geocache Description:

First cache placed in CassAndAv's Video Game theme named cache series.

This cache is placed in what was formally known as Broadhead Manor in the Fairywood neighborhood of Pittsburgh.

Broadhead Manor was a townhouse-style complex originally built by the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh during a spate of public housing development between 1939 and 1944, along with six other developments that might be better known to Pittsburghers: Addison Terrace, Allegheny Dwellings, Allequippa Terrace, Arlington Heights, Bedford Dwellings, and Glen Hazel Heights.

The sidewalks and roads from Broadhead Manor are still existing throughout this plot of land. Fairywood is a generally quiet, uneventful neighborhood despite rumors stating otherwise. I would suggest not doing this cache at night, just to be safe.

You can parallel park along the road on Broadhead Fording Rd or Mazette Rd.
