La chiesa di San Nicola da Tolentino detta I Tolentini è un luogo di culto cattolico del XVI-XVII secolo della città di Venezia, nel sestiere di Santa Croce, non lontano da Piazzale Roma. L'annesso convento dei Tolentini è sede dell'Università IUAV di Venezia (facoltà di architettura).
La chiesa fu progettata e realizzata da Vincenzo Scamozzi tra il 1591 ed il 1602. Successivamente Andrea Tirali aggiunse alla facciata incompiuta, un pronao con timpano e sei colonne corinzie (1706-1714).
Come nel caso della chiesa di San Salvador, anche questa chiesa fu colpita durante i bombardamenti austriaci del 1849: una palla di cannone, caduta di fronte all'altare maggiore sfondando la cupola (ora rimossa), è ora incastonata nella facciata, a ricordo dell'episodio. Dal 2010, unita alla parrocchia di San Pantalon, è sede della pastorale universitaria di Venezia.
È sede ufficiale dell' "Orchestra Mosaico Barocco" e del "Quintetto Reale", cui direttore e organista titolare nella chiesa è, dal 2002, il M° Marco Basso.
La chiesa ospita l'organo costruito da Pietro Nachini nel 1754 quasi totalmente intatto, sito in cantoria lignea in catino absidale ornata da due putti alati in legno dorato ai lati. La cassa dello strumento presenta decori in legno cesellato raffiguranti due teloni discendenti dal centro del timpano che sovrasta la cassa andando a terminare nelle ali laterali dello strumento; a questa decorazione finemente dipinta color oro sono appese sculture lignee di strumenti a fiato e originali antichi strumenti a corda di pregiata fattura artigianale, anche questi dipinti in oro.

The church of San Nicola da Tolentino, known as I Tolentini, is a place of Catholic cult in the 16th-17th century of the city of Venice, in the Santa Croce district, not far from Piazzale Roma. The annexed convent of the Tolentini is home to the IUAV University of Venice (faculty of architecture).
The church was designed and built by Vincenzo Scamozzi between 1591 and 1602. Later Andrea Tirali added to the unfinished facade, a pronaos with a tympanum and six Corinthian columns (1706-1714).
As in the case of the church of San Salvador, this church was also hit during the Austrian bombing of 1849: a cannon ball, falling in front of the main altar breaking through the dome (now removed), is now embedded in the façade, in memory of the 'episode.
Since 2010, together with the parish of San Pantalon, it is the seat of the university pastoral of Venice.
It is the official seat of the "Baroque Mosaic Orchestra" and of the "Quintetto Reale", whose principal conductor and organist in the church has been Maestro Marco Basso since 2002

The church houses the organ built by Pietro Nachini in 1754 almost completely intact, located in a wooden choir in a apse decorated with two winged cherubs in gilded wood on the sides. The instrument case features chiselled wood decorations depicting two tarpaulins descending from the center of the tympanum which overhangs the case and ends in the side wings of the instrument; this fine gold-painted decoration hangs wood carvings of wind instruments and original ancient stringed instruments of fine craftsmanship, also these gold paintings.
