Cache is not at the published cords – solve the puzzle to find the cords.
In crochet once you learn the basic stitches you can then put these basic stitches together to make more complicated stitches or just make something from the basic stitches.
All crochet either starts with a magic ring/circle or basic chain and each row/round starts with chain (ch). The amount of chain at the beginning of a project depends on the amount of stitchs that will be made in the row/round.
The other basic stitches are (UK crochet terminology) – double crochet (dc), half treble (htre), treble (tre) and slip stitch (ss) – slip stitch is used at the end of a round to join the last stitch to the first chain, decorative work on crochet, or to get you from A to B.
A simple pattern could be –
Chain 5
Into 2nd chain from hook dc and then dc into each chain until end (4 dc)
Chain 2, htre 1 into next 4 stitches, (2 ch 4 htre)
Chain 9, slip stitch into next stitch, 3 htre into each stitch to end. (9 ch, 1 ss, 9 htre).
Another simple pattern would be –
Chain 6 join with ss
Chain 2, htre 5, ss into chain (2 ch, 5 htre)
Chain 8, miss a stitch, 1 tre in next stitch, htre into next 4 stitches, ss into chain. (8 chain, 1 tre, 4 htre).
