Come join us to clean up a local watershed! And earn your souvenir at the same time!
We will meet from 10:00am - 10:30am at the posted coordinates. Snacks and Drinks will be provided as we make plans for cleaning up an area that supports our local drinking water! Trash Bags and Gloves will be provided by the Altoona Water Authority. They will also remove the trash we've gathered.
At 10:30am, we will split into small groups to clean along the road, along a few trails in the area, at GZ, and the posted additional parking area. Please wear blaze orange and boots. The area can be soggy and muddy in the spring.
We will then return with our trash bags and large items back to our initial meeting point. We'll take a victory photo at 12:00pm, sharp!
